I tried couple of back up apps and this is best by far. The color coding of the listed apps helps you to choose (between system apps, installed apps) the apps you want to back up. The other feature that allows saving some settings like Bluetooth pairings, call logs, sms in xml formats makes it easier to restore in updated versions of the ROM. The pro version even makes it easier for certain tasks like running the scheduler for backing up, auto restore with minimal user intervention after updating or restoring ROM.
