I was initially annoyed by the changes introduced, but I am now delighted with the update. The launcher no longer freezes at all and it's even smoother and faster than before. This launcher was amazing... And then my Lollipop update came and I had to completely disable it. The lag was so awful it can take up to 10 seconds to unlock the phone. After disabling, the phone still lagged like crazy, so I reformatted. Now I have TSF Shell installed again and it's perfect. So if you're having issues, try a reformat. -Harvey
